Reservation Policy

• Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. / Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

• All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax

• All reservations are subject to a $25 booking fee

• A 3 night deposit (minimum $300) is required at time of booking

• Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year's bookings)

• A cleaning fee will be added for stays less than 4 nights

• A ½ day charge is required to guarantee a late Check-Out

• Cancellation Policy: A fee of $50 will be assessed for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year's). For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

• Christmas/New Year's reservations are not subject normal discounts
